IFL is a U.S. based 501(c)(3), with a public charity status, incorporated in New York State in 2003.

MISSION:

To build and develop the capacity of community leaders by expanding their ability to tackle health and social issues on a scalable level.

WHAT WE DO:

We develop the leaders who, in turn, apply scalable solutions.

HOW WE DO IT:

1. We train, empower, and partner with leaders and organizations that are already within the community.
2. We identify and mobilize resources in a manageable format for community-ready dissemination.
